Located conveniently at the Lake Ave. trailhead to the towpath, this is a great location to run from, with miles of crushed limestone stretching in either direction.
Stop by and go for a jog with our run group that meets every Thursday at 5:30pm, or just come stock up on shoes, nutrition items, and socks.
